Reception's fingers have turned green!

Date: 23rd Apr 2015 @ 4:54pm

Today we have maade the most of the sunshine and spruced up part of the outside area. We have learning about plants and flowers, so, along with Mrs de Takats help, we have been pulling out weeds and digging over the soil. It was amazing how many different mini-beasts we found living in the soil as we were digging.

As well as gardening we also planted some seeds seeds so that we can grow our very own beanstalks. We knew we needed soil, a pot, water and a seed to plant. We were extremely careful as we filled our cups half full, ready to pop the seed in a tiny hole, cover and then water. We can't wait to see how they grow!
