There's a burglar on the loose!

Last week we had a very special visitor! Debbie is a Police Community Suport Officer (PCSO) and she came in to talk to us about her job. We got to ask her lots of questions, listen to her radio and try on her heavy police jacket.

Later that day we read Burglar Bill which we loved. It was a good thing Debbie visited and we had had some practice arresting people in our role play area because the next morning we got a letter off Mrs Coleman saying Burglar Bill was up to his old tricks again! We knew Burglar Bill wore a stripy top, a blue hat, a black mask and had a big nose so we created wanted posters to put up around the school. Miss Read and Mrs Yarwood were really proud of all the super writing and drawings we did.
