Beware of the Gruffalo!

One day, we found the Gruffalo hiding in our deep, dark woods role play area. We were all very shocked but when we went to fond hom again he had gone, we decided to make BEWARE posters to tell everyone what he looked like and how he acted and then Scholar Green would know what to look out for. But, he never came back!

So then we decided to make some masks and pretend to be the Gruffalo. Some of us were so good that we actually scared Mrs Yarwood! But she was ok once we took off our masks. She was also very impressed with our story telling skills, but we think that because you would find most of us in the book area with our heads stuck in the Gruffalo story book. We also became book worms because we enjoyed reading Superworm written by Julia Donaldson too.
