Waterproof Materials

Lesson: Science

Class: Miss Rigby- Year 2 Year: 2013 - 2014

In science, we have been looking to see which material is most waterproof and can keep a piece of cotton wool dry. First, we all made predictions about which material would be the best and then we worked together to test them.

We tested paper, card, plastic and a j-cloth. Which do you think was best?

We had to watch the timer so that our investigation was fair. We checked them every 5 minutes. Like scientists, we recorded our results on a table.
