Welcome to The Den

Welcome to The Den – a safe, friendly, and nurturing breakfast, after school, and holiday club based at Scholar Green Primary School for children aged between 4 and 11 years old and we offer a limited amount of places for children aged 2 to 3 years. 

At The Den, we provide a fun, engaging environment where children can relax, play, learn, and build lasting friendships outside of the school day. We understand the importance of providing reliable childcare that gives parents peace of mind while ensuring every child feels happy, valued, and supported. During half terms we warmly welcome children from surrounding schools to join us at our club.

Our experienced and caring team offers a wide range of exciting activities tailored to children's interests and developmental needs. From creative arts and crafts, outdoor play, sports, games, and forest school experiences to themed holiday activities and quiet spaces for homework or relaxation, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to grow in confidence, develop new skills, and have fun in a safe and welcoming setting. Healthy snacks such as cereal, toast and fruit are provided during our full breakfast club sessions. Whilst the full after school sessions offer tasty snacks such as hidden vegetable pasta, wraps and soups to name a few. Our holiday club offers a nutritious breakfast, snacks and lunch alongside exciting daily activities.

Whether your child joins us before school, after school, or during the holidays, they'll be welcomed into a caring community where every day brings new opportunities to learn, laugh, and thrive.
