Safeguarding concerns outside of school hours
If a parent or carer has any safeguarding concerns outside of school hours, they should not wait until school reopens. If a child is in immediate danger, always contact the police on 999.
For non-emergency safeguarding concerns, families can contact ChECS (Cheshire East Children’s Services) 0300 123 5012 or Staffordshire Integrated Front Door Service (0300 111 8007) directly for advice or to make a referral. Acting quickly helps ensure that children receive the support and protection they need as soon as possible.
