Registering and booking into The Den

 Before your child can attend The Den, please complete and return our registration forms. Once your registration has been processed and you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, you will be able to book sessions quickly and conveniently through our online booking system, School Spider. The system allows you to manage your bookings, view your child's sessions, and make payments securely at a time that suits you.

Children who attend schools other than Scholar Green Primary School are very welcome to join our Holiday Club. After registering with us you can make bookings for the holiday club by contacting Emma, the Club Manager, by emailing theden@scholargreen.cheshire.sch.uk. Once your booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you. Full payment must be received before the start of the holiday club to secure your child's place.

Please note that Holiday Club bookings typically close one week before the start of each holiday period. We recommend booking early, as places are limited and sessions can fill up quickly.

If you need to cancel your child's Holiday Club booking, please provide at least two weeks' notice before the start of the booked session(s). Cancellations made with at least two weeks' notice will not incur a charge. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice are non-refundable, as staffing, activities, and catering arrangements will already have been confirmed. In exceptional circumstances, please contact Emma, the Club Manager, to discuss your situation.

If you pay with childcare vouchers, please contact Sharon Cope at admin@scholargreen.cheshire.sch.uk and she will be able to assist you further with your requests.
